General Policy: We stand by the quality of our merchandise and do everything in our power to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition. Occasionally however due to matters beyond our control there may be a problem and we therefore offer a thirty-day returns policy. We would ask that you carefully check your order on arrival and contact us immediately should there be something wrong quoting your customer sales and product reference number.

Plant / Seed Sales Policy

Because our bulbs and seeds are living organisms we will only send them to you at the correct times of year. As with any plant you should follow the cultural information that is provided. If you should have any problems with these products we would ask you to contact us in the first instance quoting your customer sales and the products numbers together with a photograph so our plant specialist can better assist you. Because of the nature of bulbs our supplier orders will be filled on a first come first served basis with payment being taken to secure the order, and be sent out at the correct times in autumn and spring.
